Swimsanity®, developed in London- is a High Intensity aqua-aerobic workout.
The workout system utilizes inter-changable drills- giving participants an effective, mixed ability, aqua-fitness experience every time!
Hand paddles increase the resistance of the water, meaning you get to WORK hard in the pool.

Leisure operators with multiple sites and limited storage space for equipment and a budget to adhere to.
This is the same teachings and certification as our HIIT course, except without the included equipment.
This allows us to bring the cost down by 50% to you, but give you the flexibility to source your own equipment or deliver the workout, equipment free.
Both are ideal for those wanting to start ASAP. Online training can commence immediately.
